These terms cover the Site Hustle referral program. They're part of our Terms of Service.

1. How you earn

• Every member gets a referral link. When someone clicks it and joins within 60 days, they're your referral. If they clicked more than one member's link, the last link they clicked counts.
• You earn 20% of every payment your referral makes for their plan, the Launch & Growth Kit and extra live sites, every month for as long as they stay. Once 5 or more of your referrals are paying at the same time, you earn 30% on their payments from then on.
• AI video packs and tax don't earn a commission.
• You can't earn on your own account, on a second account of yours, or on payments made with your own card.

2. When you get paid

• Each commission waits 30 days in case the payment is refunded. If it's refunded, the commission is taken back, including from a later payout if it was already paid.
• We pay once a month to the Stripe account you connect. There's no minimum.
• You need an active Site Hustle plan to be paid. What you earn while you don't have one waits until you do.
• You're responsible for your own taxes. Stripe may ask for your tax details and send you a tax form.

3. How you share your link

• Always make clear it's your referral link and that you earn from it.
• No spam: don't send unwanted messages, buy ads on our name, or make promises about how much anyone will earn.
• Site Hustle never sends anything on your behalf.

4. Changes and ending

• We may change or end the program. Changes apply to payments made after we tell you.
• We may hold or cancel commissions that break these terms, and close accounts that misuse the program.
